We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment while supporting problem-solving, troubleshooting, process improvement, and operational performance activities. · Support problem-solving and troubleshooting activities related to manufacturing equipment, processes, and operational issues.
· Assist with data gathering, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement actions to support right-first-time execution and operational performance.
· Work with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Technical Operations, Automation, Maintenance, and Learning and Development to resolve issues and improve process reliability.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives, visual management updates, and actions linked to manufacturing performance.
· Develop process flow diagrams and simple decision aids to improve process understanding and consistency where required.
· Contribute to updates of procedures, work instructions, and training materials where necessary to support manufacturing operations.
· Work in line with site safety, GMP, data integrity, and documentation expectations.
· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
· Good technical written and verbal communication skills
· Interest in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and troubleshooting
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
· Basic analytical skills and comfortable working with data and process information
· Good computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications
· Awareness of compliance, quality, and safety expectations in a regulated environment
· Interest in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
