As a leading developer, manufacturer, and global supplier of scientific laboratory products for 100 years, Corning’s Life Sciences segment collaborates with researchers seeking new approaches to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and compress timelines in the drug discovery process. Using unique expertise in the fields of materials science, surface science, optics, biochemistry and biology, the segment provides innovative solutions that improve productivity and enable breakthrough discoveries.
This role will be responsible for safe, compliant, and accurate manufacturing, including coating, purification, sterilization support, packaging, and shipment preparation of Corning's dissolvable microcarrier products (DMC). He/She will be also responsible for raw material receiving, on-site product transportation, post-sterilization inventory management, and maintaining accurate inventory records. He/She will execute multi-step chemical and polymer processes in accordance with validated procedures, maintain complete GMP documentation, perform equipment cleaning and setup, and ensure product quality, safety, traceability, and inventory accuracy throughout all stages of production and distribution.
