Your Job

Lead and develop the manufacturing organization for the Busbar and ADS Assembly businesses, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution across all shifts. This role is accountable for production plan attainment, customer delivery performance, quality compliance, operational efficiency, labor and equipment utilization, and continuous improvement.

The role has the authority to direct daily manufacturing priorities, allocate resources according to production needs, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, approve appropriate operational requests, and engage suppliers or internal partners through established processes.

The position partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to stabilize daily execution, resolve constraints, and scale business performance in alignment with plant and division goals.

What You Will Do

  • Convert the production plan into executable shift-level priorities for Busbar and ADS Assembly operations, confirming labor, equipment, tooling, materials, and engineering readiness to meet customer demand.
  • Drive daily production control for output, schedule attainment, efficiency, scrap, rework, downtime, and on-time delivery; escalate constraints promptly and lead disciplined recovery actions.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Shipping, and Purchasing to safeguard material availability, process capability, capacity readiness, and customer commitments.
  • Strengthen Busbar and ADS Assembly process performance by supporting standard work, line balance, layout optimization, changeover discipline, equipment uptime, mistake-proofing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring rapid response to expedites, complaints, defects, and containment needs; verify corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
  • Review cost and operational performance against standards, including labor efficiency, overhead utilization, scrap, rework, premium freight drivers, and other manufacturing variances; define and execute countermeasures.
  • Develop and coach the manufacturing leadership and support teams across all shifts, reinforcing safety, accountability, teamwork, communication routines, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ensure compliance with PBM Philosophy, applicable Quality Management System requirements, safety and health standards, Six Sigma / Operational Excellence practices, RBA, ISO, IATF, CTPAT / OEA, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related responsibilities consistent with the scope, accountability, and business needs of the Busbar and ADS Assembly manufacturing organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Professional degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including leadership responsibility for production teams and cross-functional execution
  • Experience in Busbar manufacturing, ADS assembly, cable / connector assembly, automotive or industrial manufacturing, high-mix production, or regulated quality environments.
  • Manufacturing KPI management, production planning execution, root-cause problem solving, Lean / Six Sigma mindset, quality system compliance, and strong people leadership.
  • Advanced English
  • SAP or equivalent ERP system
  • Availability to travel
  • American Visa
