Job Description


Responsible for leading and managing box build manufacturing operations for semiconductor equipment. This role ensures production efficiency, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets are met while driving continuous improvement, capacity readiness, and compliance with semiconductor industry standards


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 8–12 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.

  • Strong experience in semiconductor or capital equipment box builds manufacturing

  • Experience with high-mix, low-volume production environments.

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

  • Metal box build assembly experience, such as Power Box, PDU, semiconductor industrial metal box build assy.

  • Metal welding, coating/plating requirements & metal boxbuild product drawing understanding.

  • Box build electrical & functionality testing equipment & procedure.

  • Experience on Lean Mfg principles, process improvement methodologies & problem-solving skills

  • Experience on using AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA/Creo software.

  • strong proficiency in GD&T is required.

  • System integration experience is required
