What You Will Do:
Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
Direct preparation for and execution of internal, customer, corporate, and regulatory audits, including FDA inspections.
Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and cross-functional teams.
Develop team leaders and employees through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, workplace organization programs, waste reduction, and cost optimization efforts.
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams to improve manufacturability and support product launches.
Resolve operational constraints, resource conflicts, and production challenges to maintain schedule attainment and on-time customer delivery.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience managing quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience manufacturing high-reliability electromechanical products.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, workplace organization systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.
United States of America Pay Ranges:
USN $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual
