Compensation $138,100 to $160,000 depending on experience that fits the required skills and physical requirements. Opportunity for annual bonus up to 10%.

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing operations in Carestream’s 1049 West Ridge Road manufacturing plant. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that production processes are efficient, safe, and quality-focused while leading and developing manufacturing supervisors and operations teams to consistently meet production schedules. The Manufacturing Manager drives operational performance through resource planning, continuous improvement, training and development, and KPI ownership, while ensuring full compliance with safety requirements and regulated industry standards including FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.
