Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager that together with the team of 13 experienced individuals involved in production and support functions in Aarhus, will take us into the future when transforming our way of working from stationary batch production to a single piece workflow of capital equipment. During the transformation the focus is on implementing appropriate lean tools to keep control and reduce our costs while maintaining the Quality of our products.
We are working in a regulated environment of ISO13485, and FDA compliance and your area of responsibility will stretch from incoming inspection, warehousing, production, distribution including Production Engineering and Quality Coordination.

Who you are

What you bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanics/Mechatronics or extensive production experience

  • +5 years in production, including leadership experience

  • Experience of work in ISO 13485 and FDA compliance environment is an advantage

  • Proven experience in transformation, process improvement and change management

  • Experience from cross functional work

  • Fluent in English and Danish
