Manufacturing Manager (Thailand)

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of the company's manufacturing center, overseeing production and logistics.
2. Responsible for the procurement and storage of production materials, ensuring timely material arrival, and efficient production and logistics operations.
3. Continuously improve production capacity and efficiency under satisfactory quality requirements, reduce production costs, enhance personnel skills, and improve the working environment.
4. Ensure the rational and effective execution of production plans, maintain orderly execution of production plans in various workshops, continuously follow up on production status, and manage personnel division and efficiency.
5. Establish and continuously improve the remuneration and incentive systems for personnel, ensuring that the workers' remuneration system is reasonable.
6. Ensure that the facilities in the manufacturing department's public responsibility area comply with the company's site management and safety and environmental protection requirements.
7. Establish and continuously improve departmental management systems and workflows, ensuring that departmental management systems meet the company's development needs.
8. Establish and continuously improve the departmental employee training system, ensuring that employees master production skills, enhance production safety awareness, ensure product quality and personnel safety, etc.
9. Promote and implement company resolutions within the department, ensuring that company resolutions are implemented within the department.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, proficiency in Thai and Chinese preferred.
2. At least 5 years of production management experience.
3. Preference for local Thais and Thai- Chinese in Thailand.
4. Strong management, communication, and coordination abilities, with ambition and responsibility.

Compensation: Negotiable.
