DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project manage construction activities of a new cleanroom factory and take responsibilities of facility operations of the building
• Attract, develop, manage, and retain talents in the Manufacturing Dept
• Develop and implement manufacturing workflows and processes, both NPI and mass production
• Contribute to ERP implementation as key user for production
• Lead MFG team to ramp up production quickly and successfully, delivering high quality systems for customers
• Identify and track KPI’s that are meaningful in aiding the management of manufacturing operations
• Prioritize manufacturing activities via supervisors and lead technicians, based on production schedules
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to optimize material flows needed to produce products
• Identify key manufacturing risks early-on to ensure timely resolutions and mitigations

• Participate in design reviews to ensure DFM is incorporated into product design considerations
• Incorporate Lean Manufacturing and 6S practices where practical

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science degree or above in a technical or business management discipline
• Minimum 8 years of production management experiences, preferably in a capital equipment manufacturing environment
• Thorough understanding of broad business practices including production management, process control, quality management, continuous improvement, and lean principles
• Knowledge of multi-level hardware BOMs, process documentation, change control, assembly, and test processes
• Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning, problem solving, planning and communication skills
• High energy, willing and able to motivate and lead others
• Ability to correspond and to present information in English effectively
• Expertise and experiences working in an ISO 9001 environment
