Management of design, development and optimization of processes in the department. Analysis and improvement of existing and new jobs. Leadership and coordination among technology and NC programming teams.
Management of jobs and projects in preparation, coordination of work between production preparation, planning and workshop.
Develops plans and processes to support daily activities. Leads or participates in special projects arising from new business opportunities, setting goals, deadlines and priorities for business

• Leading and coordinating the daily activities of the department
• Communicate and provide guidance to staff to meet organizational goals
• Monitor the development of work plans, work processes, EHS and Quality policies, and review them as necessary
• Ensure the availability of technical support and training
• Participate in solving system problems and implementing technological changes
• Continuously implement Lean guidelines and analysis of the current situation in the workshop
• Identify further needs and opportunities to improve business processes
• Daily monitoring of production preparation and analysis of projects in production
• Coordination of tasks between different departments
• Monitoring the process/project and reacting if there is a deviation from the plan
• Work on rationalizations and modernizations (optimizations) of technologies
• Participates in defining the basis for the procurement of materials, cooperative works and other technological regulations
• Solving technological problems in the plant
• Actively participates in the process of defining, monitoring and analyzing the norms of the technological process
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of all activities on projects and taking corrective actions with the aim of simplifying work, increasing the technological level and achieving greater profitability
• Preparation of bases for offers, factory cost calculations, capacity and material planning
• Continuous improvement of the entire work process in terms of quality, cost and efficiency
• Ensuring the necessary competencies for the corrective use of production documentation and reporting on what has been done
• Ensuring that all activities of the production preparation service take place in accordance with the required deadlines
• Prompt resolution of NCRs in accordance with the applicable decision-making procedure
• Mandatory Croatian and English fluency
• Mandatory 5 years experience in manufacturing
• Mandatory Croatian Permanent Work Permit
