We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our production runs smoothly! Manufacturing Maintenance Technician: Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment and infrastructure while ensuring safety and supporting production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns, ensuring peak efficiency and minimal downtime.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and inspections to keep machinery running optimally.

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and other technicians to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Support the maintenance team with managing parts inventory, ensuring timely replenishment, and reducing delays.

• Analyze maintenance requests, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Prioritize safety, adhere to all regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Effectively communicate with production personnel regarding equipment status and work order completion.

• Address a wide range of maintenance needs across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

• Coordinate building repairs, prioritize projects, and recommend improvements (experience a plus).

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.

• Proficiency in preventative maintenance practices.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.

• Knowledge of PLC programs (a plus).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with agility.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional freezer conditions.
