As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell

• Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan

• Defining shifts schedule on the product lines according with, production plan and operator skills

• Managing people presence in terms of Vacation, Shift Change and Hrs absence

• Achieving the highest safety levels in the production line

• Guaranteeing performance KPI target: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, DL hours development;

• Managing training and operator skills in order to respond to workload needs

• Collaborating with other functions (i.e. ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity

• Supporting cell leaders in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)

• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision

• Fluency in oral and written English and have effective good communication skills

• Good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Effective problem identification and solution skills

• Proven analytical and organizational ability

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,526.02 To 59,400.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
