As the Logistics Rigging Team Leader in the Planning & Logistics Department of Linkou Factory, your responsibility will be leading the Rigging Team to well execute the operations as a critical part of output and customer demand fulfillment, as well as to continuously improve and optimize the operations, in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability aspects.
Lead professional rigging operations, including uncrating, hoisting, unpacking, inspection/registering/cleaning, picking/kitting, delivering to point of use, pre-cleaning/ prepacking, crating, stuffing to truck/container to fixing/lashing before shipping.
Drive rigging improvements in categories of safety, quality and productivity/cost by leading and coaching impactful projects, from identifying opportunities, through being involved in projects/kaizens, realizing benefits and to sharing best practices.
Mentoring and training for rigging team throughout the new comer on-boarding, providing OJT (on-job training) based on work instructions, and coaching for the best version of the team.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Major in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering-related.
8+ years working experience with hands-on warehouse, logistics or production operations.
3+ years working experience as a people leader.
Familiarity with operations in the warehouse, dock and cleanroom environments.
Experience with 3PL management is a plus.
Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or above is a big plus.
Knowledge and hands-on operations of SAP system.
Advance level with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Able to communicate and present fluently in English and Mandarin.
Strength in problem solving by RCA (root cause analysis) and CAPA (corrective action, preventive action).
Stakeholder management across departments, sectors and global functions.
Able to work in a dynamic practical environment and perform well under pressure.
Courageous to challenge and proactively to give and seek constructive feedback.
Able to work independently, act as a flexible team player with can-do mindset.
