Manufacturing Lead

Pay: $23-29/hr. (based on experience)

Shift: Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)

Description:

• We are seeking Manufacturing Leads for a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI to lead teams of 10-15 people and collaborate with other plants.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience with supervision responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage teams up to 15 people and collaborate with additional plants and departments.

Job Duties:

• Act as back-up to Shift Supervisor/Manager
• Train and mentor front line employees
• Coordinate breaks and ensure shift coverage at all times
• Oversee quality of products (in-house training provided)
• Drive continuous improvement
