📝 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internship/Traineeship is the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and the results of those decisions through. Discovering our leading technologies which are world-renowned and also the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training. Internship/traineeship takes place in the 2 following areas:
Production - Packing
Here you would get our products into their final packaging and set up in pallets. Your mission will be to create studies of performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization), identifying one or more key projects to achieve the performance targets of the packing lines, establishing methods for solving technical problems, maintenance systematization, implementation of production management tools to the production and work on the installation and startups of new equipments.
Production - Making
This is the department that produces our products based on the recipes we get from Research & Development. Your mission will be to make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills), ensuring smooth communication between different departments (logistics, packing, projects etc.), crafting learning programs for operators and team leader to help them to develop their skills, establishing systematization tools, simplifying process and work standardizing.
This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to learn real hand-on experiences you will not get from school. You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and you'll work on the latest high-tech control and manufacturing technology. All of that supported by great managers who will invest in your development as part a multifunctional team in which trust, team spirit, accountability and respect are very important.
Internship
2-3 months full time experience. Available during summer period (June to September).
Traineeship
6 months at least 60% of working hours experience. Available during whole year.
