About the role

Reckitt South Africa is looking for Manufacturing Intern to supports production operations, process improvement, and quality control within a manufacturing environment. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to industrial processes, engineering principles, and operational efficiency.If you are seeking for a valuable experience entailing opportunity where you can mould the future of manufacturing. We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.

The Intership program is for 12 months and we are looking for 5 Interns to join Reckitt , Application Deadline is 30 May 2026 .

Your responsibilities

  • Eveloping innovative solutions geared towards improving processes
  • Identifies, prioritizes and eliminates process losses
  • Building the process capability and control
  • Defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication
  • Building capability to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement

The experience we're looking for

  • Are a recent graduate qualified in Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) (2024 onwards)
  • Strong level of English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role
  • A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously
  • Are ambitious, driven, agile and creative-with a can-do attitude
  • Are able to commit to a minimum duration of 13-months
