Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, supporting manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, production line support, and equipment monitoring.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support quality control activities by inspecting products and documenting findings.
• Participate in process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
