What you will do - main responsibilities:

  • Support monthly Actuals and Budget reporting for production entities and contribute to Planning Cycle when needed.
  • Monitor product costing, Cost of Goods Sold, inventory levels, CAPEX and OPEX to ensure correct consolidation in the Group financial statements.
  • Act as a finance support to Product Development and Supply teams, delivering analyses and ad‑hoc business requests.
  • Assist during internal and external audits and maintain process documentation and internal controls.
  • Participate in projects to improve and standardize reporting, processes and systems (SAP BW/BI).

Your future team

You will join a 4-member GBS PDS Finance Team within the Accounting to Reporting (A2R) process at Lundbeck GBS Krakow, a key finance function responsible for production costs reporting and analysis. The team works in close collaboration with Group Finance, Product Development & Supply and Local Finance teams across and Lundbeck globally, ensuring high-quality and consistent production cost reporting and controlling.

What you bring to the team

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting/financial analysis/controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting tools (SAP BW/BI preferred).
