Today we are looking for a Manufacturing Finance Support Analyst to provide dependable, day‑to‑day financial assistance to our manufacturing sites and help ensure accurate, consistent financial data across the organization. This support‑focused role combines operational finance tasks with selected FP&A activities, including assistance with month‑end close, reporting, and forecasts. Working closely with both global and local teams, the position helps keep core finance processes running smoothly in a hybrid work environment.

YOU WILL

• Support daily finance activities for assigned manufacturing sites, including month‑end close, basic variance commentary, and account analysis;
• Provide ongoing operational support to Plant Controllers and local finance teams, ensuring smooth execution of routine tasks;
• Assist with selected FP&A activities such as monthly reporting, forecast inputs, financial projections, and performance tracking;
• Work with financial data and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of required information;
• Support preparation of monthly projections, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range planning cycles;
• Collaborate with both global and local finance stakeholders to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and reporting standards;
• Operate in a hybrid work model, combining office presence with remote work.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a role combining analysis and FP&A exposure;

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with large data sets;
• Advanced Excel skills and ease in working with financial systems and tools;
• Very good command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both global and local teams;
• A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and readiness to support operational finance processes.
