Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE):
    • Support implementation of factory operating systems. Ensure performance management systems and tools are in place and drive sustainable results.
  • Total Performance Management:
    • Support compliance with performance measurement standards and tools. Drive CAP‑Do cycles for all KPIs and support scorecards and performance tools to help managers improve results.
  • Manufacturing Standards:
    • Manage, maintain, and improve manufacturing standards—including MR in SAP—asset usage, and capacity data in CST. Ensure optimal use of capacity data for planning and investments.
  • Learning Organization:
    • Capture and retain learning opportunities from problem‑solving and improvement activities. Drive benchmarking and proactively network within and outside the market.
  • OPEX
    • Establish, drive, and achieve annual OPEX savings targets.
  • Digitalization:
    • Establish, drive, and achieve annual OPEX savings targets.
    • Build end‑to‑end dashboards including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, and performance optimization
    • Translate manufacturing KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Reliability) into actionable insights
    • Design and build Power Apps (canvas and/or model‑driven) and Power Automate flows
    • Develop digital solutions for shopfloor reporting, audits, CI tracking, action management, or workflow automation
    • Apply proper data governance

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • 3 years of experience in people management, with emphasis on leadership, innovation, and process improvement
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills who can translate factory challenges into scalable Power BI, Power Apps, DMO, and GenAI‑enabled solutions and drive adoption across the Nestlé Philippines market
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI
  • Strong hands‑on capability in Power Platform
  • GenAI & Advanced Digital Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
