We are a dynamic telecommunications company looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our high volume, 24/7 manufacturing operations!
As a Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments by leading maintenance operations across your site and developing the next generation of maintenance leaders. In this critical role, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department and ensuring that manufacturing facilities are fully operational. This individual will need to ensure all maintenance equipment issues are identified and repaired in a safe, regulatory, and timely manner. You will be communicating with cross functional teams to enhance efficiency so will need strong communication skills and excellent organization and problem solving skills.

The compensation for this position will typically range from 98,000 – 181,500 annually . The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
