Responsible for designing layout, fixture/jig and new manufacturing equipment introducing for new products, ensuring equipment running well in produciton line.
"1.Equipment Management & Maintenance
Install, set up, qualify, and accept production equipment
Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and standard operating procedures
Perform equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime
Maintain equipment history records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory
2. Process Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide technical support to production lines to meet process and quality requirements
Optimize equipment parameters to improve FPY, UPH, and OEE
Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean, and Kaizen projects
Analyze process and equipment data and implement improvement actions
3. New Equipment & Technology Introduction
Evaluate new equipment and automation solutions (technical feasibility, cost, ROI)
Coordinate with vendors on specifications, documentation, and acceptance criteria.
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and new process ramp‑up
4. Quality, Safety, and Compliance
Ensure equipment compliance with EHS, safety regulations, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, ESD)
Support internal and external audits by providing required equipment documentation
Assist in quality issue investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (RCA, CAPA)
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Process Engineering, Testing Engineering, Quality, IT, and Procurement teams
Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting"
Bachelor’s degree or above
Above 3 years Manufacturing Engineering experiense
