Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports safe, reliable manufacturing operations within the Hemlock Wafer Plant Pulling Department by maximizing equipment uptime, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Engineering, Development, and Manufacturing teams to improve process performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

The range for this position is $59,029.00 - $81,165.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
