The RF Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the RF Process Engineering team supporting RF Connector, RF Cable Assembly, and RF Module manufacturing operations. This role oversees process development, NPI implementation, yield improvement, automation projects, and production support while developing engineering talent and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The supervisor serves as a technical and leadership bridge between Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, PDE Engineer, Automation Engineering, and support to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
Our team: ME engineer team in Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division.
Project stakeholders: Production /PDE / AQP/QA/ PJM
· Lead development, optimization, and control of RF Connector and RF Cable Assembly manufacturing processes.
· Ensure process stability, repeatability, and scalability for mass production.
· Drive improvements in: Yield; OEE; UPH; Scrap Reduction; Rework Reduction; COPQ Reduction
· Establish and maintain process standards and best practices.
