Liquid Cooling Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting Liquid Cooling products. Responsible for NPI introduction, process development, equipment and tooling implementation, automation projects, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. Drive factory readiness and manufacturing excellence to ensure quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction

The supervisor serves as a technical and leadership bridge between Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, PDE Engineer, Automation Engineering, and support to achieve operational excellence and business growth.

Our team: ME engineer team in Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division.

Project stakeholders: Production /Devion DPE / AQP/QA/ PJM/TPM/ PM

What You Will Do (Job Description)

  • Lead and develop Liquid cooling ME engineers and technicians.
  • Liquid cooling Manage team priorities, resources, and project execution.
  • Develop Liquid cooling technical capability, training plans, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Liquid Cooling product introduction from prototype to mass production.
  • Support DFM/DFA reviews and manufacturing risk assessments.
  • Coordinate pilot builds, process validation, and production ramp-up.
  • Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes.

l Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and optimize manufacturing processes for cold plates, manifolds, connectors, hoses, and sealing assemblies.
  • Improve Yield, OEE, UPH, and manufacturing stability.
  • Reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and COPQ.
  • Establish and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and process documentation
