As Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv’s Manufacturing engineering Team, adopting Lean approach to Monitor equipment usage and identify opportunities for improvement, You will design, Implement and optimize manufacturing processes within automotive production environment, while ensuring efficiency, quality and high level of safety.

Your Role:

  • Process Development & optimization :
    • Design, validate and implement automated testing system and vision inspection systems for manufacturing Lines.
    • Develop testing methods for mechanical, electrical, or functional product validation.
    • Optimize Cycle time , accuracy and reliability of testing and vision process
    • Develop maintenance preventive maintenance Plans for testing and vision systems
    • Propose CI Projects
  • Equipment Management & Integration :
    • Specify, select, and validate equipment and software for testing systems
    • Collaborate with equipment suppliers for integration of new testing and inspection systems.
    • Train production and quality team on Testin/vision equipment usage and troubleshooting
  • Quality & Compliance :
    • Ensure that testing systems meet customer and internal requirement.
    • Support root cause analysis for quality issues related to Testing and vision system
    • Maintain traceability for inspection and testing data.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree In electrical, Mechatronics, automation or Mechanical engineering
  • Experience and knowledge in Testing systems, preferable to have automation and machine vision key Skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of assembly technology is preferable
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing processes
  • Willingness to drive continuous improvements
  • Presentation skills
