Manufacturing Process Engineer

Munters, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support product and process development while driving continuous improvement across operations. What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
• Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
• Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
• Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
