We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes — ensuring they are efficient, safe, and aligned with lean manufacturing principles. You’ll also play a key part in introducing new products, production technologies, and equipment, helping us continuously innovate and stay ahead.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving process improvements, and making a real impact in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and technical standards within the production plant.

  • Participate in and lead manufacturing engineering activities related to new product introduction and production line design.

  • Apply strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and shopfloor practices.

  • Support and follow project implementation rules within manufacturing operations.

  • Lead manufacturing line and process design in cooperation with New Product Development.

  • Coordinate process preparation tasks, including FMEA, control plans, process design, and validation.

  • Design and implement manufacturing workflows and automation solutions to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

  • Prepare technical documentation for internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Identify and drive process improvement, innovation, and automation opportunities

  • Develop work instructions, SAP master data, and production documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation of equipment and continuous process improvement.

  • Contribute to lean initiatives and support cross-functional improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and lean production principles
  • Proven experience in process design, optimization, and automation projects
  • Experience with FMEA, control plans, and technical documentation
  • Fluent in local language and capable of professional communication in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/MES/SAP systems is a strong advantage.
  • CAD (SolidWorks) knowledge is preferred.
