Unique Skills:

Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. 2-5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Support Projects.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 3, 4 and 5 axes

Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization

Support other departments

RCCA Analysis

Internal and external quality problems solution

Create TMO'S

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  1. Submit ECR's .
  2. Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs) .
  3. Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI) .
  4. Generate TMO's .
  5. MRR’s work plan .
  6. Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing .
  7. Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
  2. Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
  3. Desired assembly processes knowledge.
  4. Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
  5. English spoken and written (80% advanced).
  6. Catia V4 & V5.
  7. Smarteam.
  8. CAS/Solumina.
  9. Autocad.
  10. MS project.
  11. Power BI and additive manufacturing.
