Job Description

  • Collecting and integrating data from MES/SCADA and ERP systems.
  • Analyzing production performance (OEE, yield, defects).
  • Creating reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
  • Supporting Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives.
  • Supporting the preparation of documentation required for audits (internal/external).
  • Define and update the layout in AutoCAD.
  • Manage cycle time data base and improve constantly.
  • Provides and realizes ongoing engineering support during NPI to ensure efficient manufacturing execution.
  • Provides 2nd level support for technical manufacturing problems in series production.
  • Together with the Industrial Project Manager, the Manufacturing/Process Engineer integrates requirements for production and supports logistics, testing and quality control.
  • Ensures the “built in Quality” in the manufacturing process and optimizes continuously based on feedback from RMA and non conformances in close cooperation with the technical specialists.
  • Applies lean principles in the design and realization of the production process.

Qualifications

  • University – Bachelor's degree in engineering - electronics, electromechanics it is a plus
  • Proven track record in a similar position
  • English – Advanced / Intermediate
  • MS Office Package
  • SAP knowledge in this field of expertise
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving
  • Project management experience
