At Boom, we’re building hardware fast — and that means machining is not a support function, it’s a core capability. We’re standing up and scaling an internal machine shop that can move at the speed of design, support rapid iteration, and ultimately scale toward higher-rate production.
This role sits at the center of that effort.
As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on machining, you’ll help design, build, and evolve Boom’s internal machining capability from the ground up. From specifying new equipment and laying out the shop floor to solving real-time quality issues and partnering directly with machinists, you’ll own how parts actually get made.
If you love the smell of cutting fluid, thrive on ambiguity, and get real satisfaction from turning complex designs into reality— this is your seat.
