Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) manufacturing facility in West Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will plan, design and execute activities that are directly related to the maintenance, repair & overhaul of Collins Aerospace products and the functional operation of Collins Aerospace facilities. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the production of high-performance aerospace components.
This position supports our 2nd shift operations in West Des Moines, with typical hours of 3:30 PM–Midnight, Monday–Friday. However, the schedule may be adjusted to accommodate an earlier start time, as early as 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, based on preference. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
