Job Description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

工作职责：
1、新工艺的开发与样品试制跟进，制定适宜的工艺开发流程并标准化；
2、工艺文件（JIB、工序卡、PFMEA、工艺流程图、SPC/CPK等）编制，负责现场的工艺指导；
3、工艺纪律监督与检查；
4、负责过程能力稳定与改善；
5、提出新设备的工艺需求及旧设备改造工艺需求；
6、工艺的改善及效率提升，协助生产进行布局改善；
7、领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，机械制造专业或机电一体化专业。
2、三年以上制造企业工作经验。
3、熟练掌握CAD或DS、Solidworks其中一种绘图软件和Excel等办公软件，熟悉电机工艺流程优先，有机械加工或电机电工知识及质量分析工作经验优先，了解ISO9000、PFMEA、CP、SPC/CPK，有CI知识及设备维护知识，知道如何有效运用质量改进工具进行工艺改进。
4、有热情，事业心强，善于分析，较好的沟通。
