
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our maintenance team within a fast-paced microelectronics manufacturing environment. This role is critical in supporting the reliability, performance, and continuous operation of a wide range of laser systems and associated production equipment used throughout the manufacturing process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, calibration, and safe operation of laser equipment ranging from legacy systems through to modern state-of-the-art platforms. Working closely with engineering, production, and health & safety teams, the Laser Engineer will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys hands-on technical problem solving in a highly specialised manufacturing environment.
