You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Manufacturing Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes and production layouts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our facilities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes and production layouts.
• Develop detailed work instructions and 3D models to support assembly and fabrication.
• Evaluate equipment performance and implement corrective actions to ensure efficiency.
• Apply statistical process control and data‑analytics solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product design teams to integrate manufacturing considerations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

• Experienced user of Computer Aided (CAD) software
• Working experience utilizing CAM software
• Working experience with G-code
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation skills
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment.
• General understanding of Mil-Spec special processes (heat treatment, chem-film, anodize, passivation, organic coatings, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills

• Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAD
• Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAM
• Experience with chem film, paint applications and other special processes.
• Experience utilizing Vericut
• Familiarity with ISO9000 and AS9100 industry standards, and common military specifications.
• Effective project management.
• SAP
• Apriso
• Windchill PLM
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
