You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Manufacturing Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and production layouts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through advanced manufacturing techniques and data‑driven improvements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
  • Design equipment installation and material handling solutions.
  • Create and analyze 3D models to optimize manufacturing workflows and digital work instructions.
  • Evaluate equipment performance, including IoT devices, and drive corrective actions.
  • Apply statistical process control and data analytics to continuously improve efficiency and quality.

Basic Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering or Technology
  • Experience with precision machining (CNC lathes, CNC mills, etc.) capabilities, methods, cutting tools, and fixtures used to manufacture precision components made from aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium, and other common aerospace alloys.
  • Experienced user of Computer Aided (CAD) software
  • Working experience utilizing CAM software
  • Working experience with G-code
  • Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring tools, gauges,
    and equipment.
  • General understanding of Mil-Spec special processes (heat treatment, chem-film, anodize, passivation, organic coatings, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAD
  • Experience utilizing CREO or NX for CAM
  • Experience with chem film, paint applications and other special processes.
  • Experience utilizing Vericut
  • Familiarity with ISO9000 and AS9100 industry standards, and common military specifications.
  • Effective project management.
  • SAP
  • Apriso
  • Windchill PLM
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills,
    both oral and written.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
