  • Standard Work and Training:
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, test procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Coach operators and technicians to strengthen the site’s troubleshooting capability.
  • Partner closely with production, quality, design engineering, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience:

  • Working experience with electronic components, electromechanical assemblies, sensors, or controls.
  • Proven use of structured root-cause analysis to resolve production issues and sustain improvements.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic PCBA skills: component identification, visual defect recognition, multimeter checks, and ESD handling.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and test procedures.
  • Practical electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Collaborative across production, quality, and engineering teams.
  • Preferred:
  • 2–5 years in manufacturing, production, test, or electrical engineering.
  • PCBA board-level troubleshooting experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, standard work, ERP/MES systems, and instrumentation or sensing products.
