We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in a manufacturing, process, or production engineering role to help us elevate the performance of our high-volume automotive production and assembly operations.
Our plant combines automated and traditional assembly technologies to deliver world-class products at scale, and we’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on problem solver who wants to make an impact directly on the manufacturing floor. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with operators and technicians to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot production challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
One day you might be troubleshooting downtime on a CNC cell, and the next you could be designing a new process flow, running time studies, improving an assembly operation, or helping justify and implement a capital equipment project.
As you grow, so will your impact. You’ll take on increasing ownership of capital projects, contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and help shape the growth of the engineering team.
