To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d’El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as
QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.First professional experience (2–5 years) in manufacturing engineering or industrialization within the automotive sector.Knowledge in planning and implementing assembly and electronic production processes, including layout and logistics planning.Ability to prepare feasibility studies and develop concept proposals, including presentation to customers.Experience in product design-for-manufacturing (DfM), in collaboration with development and quality teams (e.g. participation in FMEA).Competence in creating production specifications, process documentation, and operating/test equipment standards.Understanding of investment calculations, cost analysis, and payback evaluation for automation solutions.Experience in procurement and commissioning of assembly equipment, including supplier acceptance and plant approval.Knowledge of MTM / Methods-Time Measurement (UAS) time studies, workflow data management, and master data handling in SAP.Fluent English (mandatory), with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for production line relocation and on-site support
