
Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting production through daily trouble shooting and root cause analysis to ensure processes are safe, meet quality and throughput requirements and making the work easier for the operators. This requires hands on involvement and working on the shop floor. In addition to this support, they will be responsible for design and implementation of tooling and/or process changes to improve manufacturing processes. They will also own larger cost reduction projects from ideation, feasibility and design, Capital Expenditure approval, and implementation. Lead/Support quality improvement initiatives as per IATF 16949-2016 to achieve set sigma level for value stream. Guide production team on issue resolution using knowledge relevant to your department specialties.

Salary range: $85,000 to $115,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
