In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure smooth assembly operations by providing technical support across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Machining, Welding, and Production functions.
- Drive product localization initiatives through process capability enhancement and transfer of technical expertise.
- Lead and support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational excellence projects.
- Support company goals, policies, and objectives while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide engineering support to Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Integrated Project Management (IPM), and Quality teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and corporate documentation to determine manufacturing requirements and processing procedures for new and revised products.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing structures in Oracle.
- Ensure engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing, assembly, and production issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support new product introductions, including equipment setup, process validation, and operator training.
- Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for operators and supervisors.
- Participate in Customer Service Notifications (CSN) reviews and customer discussions when required.
- Support departmental and site-level safety initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets, project milestones, quality objectives, and cost goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to manufacturing documentation, process development, and production support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing source documents.
- Knowledge of material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting mechanical assembly manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to support shop floor activities and work closely with production teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in control valve, actuator, instrumentation, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with valve assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting processes.
- Knowledge of fixture and tooling design.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems, including BOM and routing management.
- Exposure to automation, testing systems, or manufacturing automation technologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to support new product introduction (NPI), product localization, and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong operational awareness and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of control valve functions, assembly processes, and manufacturing procedures.
- Hands-on experience in valve assembly, testing, and calibration activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot assembly and calibration issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process controls, tooling, and fixture design.
- Strong daily operational and stakeholder management skills to support business and production requirements.
