Job Description

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence in our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Kardex/official academic record required.
  • Must reside in Nuevo León
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial, or Production Engineering
  • Experience in manufacturing environments
  • Experience managing unionized personnel and professional staff
  • Experience implementing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Experience monitoring production metrics, productivity, and quality indicators
  • Knowledge of TL 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
