About the Team

The Manufacturing Engineering Department is a multidisciplinary team focused on the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of final assembly processes. The team collaborates closely with production, quality, maintenance, and controls to meet diverse customer requirements. Its main goal is to support operations in increasing efficiency, productivity, and output across assembly lines. By leveraging data and cross-functional expertise, the team drives process excellence and innovation.

What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineer:

• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for process changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Optimize processes using data-driven analysis and daily production monitoring.

Your Profile as Manufacturing Engineer:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Experience in automotive assembly processes and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GD&T, electrical diagrams, and engineering changes.
• Familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Fanuc) and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
• Strong understanding of core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan).
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (5W, 8D).
• Experience with CAPEX planning and Atlas Copco tools is a plus.
