What you'll do:
Follows established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. Objective is to provide input to optimize the manufacturing process.
In detail, you will:
Conduct and drive OEE equipment and process concern under responsible and continuously develop and improvement activity (A, P, Q) to achieve target
Design, specification, installation and commissioning of a new equipment and machine modification with final acceptance equipment test run on 95% OEE
Play an individual role in the project and drive the industrialization process
New model launch on project time plan and drive the industrialization process with defect rate on target
Drive continuous improvement project to achieve factory KPI (Scrap, LP, NRFT and SCR improvement)
Manage multiple projects for the successful industrialization
Regular reporting to senior engineer and management on progress.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Collaborate with product designers to improve the manufacturing feasibility of Plastic injection using your extensive tooling experience as well as industry’s best practices.
Provide strong guidance in the selection of machinery and equipment to improve the performance and consistency of our suppliers.
Identify disruptive technologies in all phases of tool design, tool manufacturing and part creation, and work to implement them into mass production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within an international manufacturing environment, preferably in the home appliance industry
Proven project management experience
Experience in machine design and tool/jig/fixture design
Good command of English communication

Where you'll be:
You will be based in our Rayong factory and report to Engineering Head.
