Working Pattern: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible start and end time. Training 5 days onsite, thereafter flexibility – minimum 3 days on-site required

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Manufacturing Engineering business in Civil Aerospace You will be based at our Washington, North East Campus, supporting the facility in creating, developing and maintaining the Method of Manufacture for our production lines.
In this role, you will provide technical support to operations and execute Manufacturing Engineering activities to develop, maintain and continuously improve the manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture, which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet business and customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, deliver rate and lead time.
