Our award-winning client is seeking an Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing production processes and improving overall manufacturing efficiency. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and maintain detailed standard work instructions for all production processes.

• Investigate and resolve root causes of quality issues and customer complaints using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D).

• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.

• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, including troubleshooting equipment and training operators.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with plant management, engineering, and operations teams to achieve manufacturing goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including metal cutting, forming, and welding.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and PLC programming.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
