Our award-winning client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply engineering principles to address both production and office challenges. Your role will involve supporting the department through special projects, contributing to the design of efficient production processes, and collaborating on the development of new plant processes and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient production processes, equipment, and layouts to ensure high-quality output.

• Collaborate on determining plant layout based on manufacturing needs.

• Train employees on client product manufacturing processes.

• Define manpower and skill requirements for each process.

• Assist in developing new plant processes and equipment.

• Gather information for bidding purposes.

• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and improvement meetings.

• Assist with designing specialized machinery as assigned.

• Actively contribute under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

• Understand and uphold the client's mission statement and quality policies.

• Align with the client's goals and objectives.

• Act in the company's best interest to achieve mutual success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical training.

• Four years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating a strong foundation in manufacturing engineering.

• Proven ability to apply engineering principles to real-world production challenges.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
