Engineering Support Specialist

Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 + Robust Benefits Package
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Loveland, CO
Position Type: Direct Hire

How you’ll spend your time as an Engineering Support Specialist:

• Serve as a liaison between R&D and Production teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Work directly with engineers and technicians on new product releases and continuous improvement projects.
• Use SolidWorks to design, dimension, and build parts and small assemblies.
• Support production with hands-on work, including assembly and testing.
• Evaluate and implement product improvements to enhance performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with a small, skilled team in a positive and fast-paced environment.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as an Engineering Support Specialist:

• 4+ years of experience working in SolidWorks (PDM Works is a plus but not required).
• Strong understanding of dimensional tolerances and mechanical drawings.
• Experience working with small assemblies and precision components.
• Ability to balance hands-on assembly work with engineering problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• No formal educational requirement – experience and skill are what matter most.
