JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsibilities:
• Run product cost change report when process changes are done
• Enter upc codes to create full good item numbers in products finished
• Work from PRF's to set up new product, bills of materials or update existing one per location
• Create new item numbers for flavors and ingredients
• Review, maintain, and enter price changes for inventory items
• Review, maintain, and enter price changes for flavors and ingredients
• Review, maintain, and enter transfer prices
• Create new item numbers for inventory items
• Set up stock transfers between locations for products
• Add items to existing blanket purchase order numbers
• Create blanket purchase order numbers for new vendors so plants can receive new products
• Create line codes for producing locations so they're able to record production
• Consistently uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Commitment to Company mission and values
• Other duties as assigned by Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
