Manufacturing Associate - Coventry, RI

This position is onsite in Coventry, Rhode Island.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate:

·Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of various products and parts

·Test products to ensure specifications are met and document processing conditions

·Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure quality of products

·Maintain a clean and safe workstations and fabrication areas

·Maintains required records of productions and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

Qualifications

Skills You Bring to This Role:

·High School Diploma or GED/equivalent

·At least 2 years experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.

·Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs or digital work order systems.

·Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products and other processing/fabrication equipment preferred.

·Excellent verbal and communication skills, team player, and critical thinking skills

·Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.

·Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and ask for clarification when needed.

·Willingness to contribute to team efforts and the overall success of the organization.

Physical Requirements:

·Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.

·Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands.

·Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.

·Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

·Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.

·Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.

·Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
